Registering at the Westin Hotel or Holiday Inn

Make sure you register early to receive the special PTG rate at one of these two fine Hotels.

Note: Some convention functions will take place at the Westin Hotel.

The Westin Hotel, a premiere luxury hotel, opened in 1994. It is conveniently located in downtown Providence adjacent to the Rhode Island Convention Center. The Westin is connected to the convention center via an enclosed second-floor walkway.

The Westin features 363 guest rooms including 22 suites; an Executive Club level; two restaurants and lounges; a complete health spa with indoor pool; and over 17,000 square feet of meeting space.

Special PTG room rates for the Westin Hotel will be $113 for single or double; $133 for triple/quad occupancy. A room block is being reserved at convention headquarters especially for PTG.

Please note: You must register for room accommodations before June 11, 1998 with the Westin Hotel by calling 401-598-8000. It will be difficult to register for accommodations after this date, as the room block will be dropped.

The Holiday Inn is only a few blocks easy walk or drive from the Convention Center.

PTG also has a room block at the Holiday Inn. Room rates for the Holiday Inn are $85 single/$90 double / $95 triple.

You must register for room accommodations before June 18, 1998 with the Holiday Inn by calling 401-831-3900. It will be difficult to register for accommodations after this date, as the room block will be dropped.
