Join the PTGA on a tour of a few of the highlights of the heart of Kansas City.
Hop on the PTGA Express Bus as it departs from the Hyatt Regency lobby at 10 a.m. for a short ride to the Toy & Miniature Museum This unique museum situated the campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City houses one of the finest scale miniature collections in the world along with thousands of antique toys, including dolls, dolls' houses, trains, transportation, toys, soldiers, forts, etc. Everyone will find something of interest to see and enjoy.
After ample time to view and enjoy, the coach will take us to the world famous Country Club Plaza (a 15- block district of more than 150 shops, and dozens of fine restaurants). Sculptures, tile murals and fountains adorn the Plaza's streets and sidewalks, making it a treat for the eyes. Lunch will be on your own, and after ample time to sightsee and shop, the coach will return us to the hotel at 3:30 PM. Best of all - the cost of the tour is included in the PTGA registration this year!!

Monday afternoon
For those of you arriving early, there will be a discussion of the book, "The Five People You Meet In Heaven" by Mitch Albom. Bring your book and have fun discussing this very popular book which has been on the best seller list for over a year and a half.
When registering, be sure to sign up to help at the PTGA booth in the exhibit hall which will open Wednesday evening. The exhibit hall is also open Thursday through Saturday.
Wednesday
An opportunity to assist PTG with the MTNA Seminar by being a hostess at the various classes. Signup sheets will be available at the registration desk.
Pick up your embroidery kit to start working on next year's fundraiser - a redwork quilt! If you have never done embroidery before you will be given help with the simplest of stitches. If you are experienced you might have time to do two or more.
All week
A fun part at this year's Auxiliary events will be door prizes awarded to lucky winners. Be sure to attend the Breakfast, Council meeting, Tour and two Financial Classes for an opportunity to be a winner.
