PTG 2005 Convention Council Meeting

PTG’s Annual Council Meeting of Chapter Delegates will be Monday, June 13 and Tuesday, June 14. Delegates may pick up their packets on Sunday, June 12 and before the Council meeting on Monday, June 13. Please bring the Council Agenda Book mailed to delegates or chapter presidents.

Council Schedule
Sunday, June 12
5 p.m. - 6 p.m. Pick up packets.

Monday, June 13
7 - 7:45 a.m. Pick up packets.
8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Council meeting

Tuesday, June 14
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Council meeting

Please Note: Council will adjourn at 2:00 p.m. for Delegates and Alternates only (no spouses or guests) to attend a dedication ceremony for the new Home Office building. Bus transportation will be provided and is scheduled to leave the Hyatt at 2:15 p.m. Busses will return to the Hyatt at approximately 5:15 p.m. The Council meeting will reconvene at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14.
