Prepare your body and encourage your brain for learning. Join Craig Bloch at 7:15 a.m. on Thursday, Friday & Saturday mornings for a 20-30 minute stretching class. You won’t believe how energizing it will be. Stretching to start a day, helping one reduce physical and mental stress, is from the disciplines of Yoga and Karate. These warm-ups are often the ones chosen to loosen up one’s muscles prior to a workout. Or in this case, getting one’s body prepared to start a new day. No prior experience is needed. Wear loose clothes like sweats, and bring a large towel like a beach towel, or a mat. Craig has 30 years experience practicing and teaching Karate in the JKA organization(Japan Karate Association). In the last few years he has started doing Yoga workouts to increase his flexibility and to help reduce stiffness and stress. Check the program book for room location.
