Refunds will be processed less a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after July 1.

Can I attend Institute classes without registering?
Only Institute registrants may attend classes. Spouses and children of PTG members may register to attend classes at the member rate. Auxiliary registration does not include Institute classes.

Can I register for only one or two days of classes?
There are two convention registration options - one that includes all 4-1/2 days of classes and a special Weekend Pass for all day Friday, all day Saturday and through Sunday noon.

Do I need to register for all the Institute classes?
Classes that have attendance limits require pre-registration and are so indicated. Some may also require an additional fee. All other Institute classes are included in your convention registration and do not require pre-registration.

Can I register for classes requiring pre-registration onsite?
If there are spaces available for any of the classes requiring pre-registration, you are welcome to sign up when you pick up your packet. Most of these classes fill up early, though, so pre-registration is better.

Can anyone attend the Friday night Golden Hammer Banquet?
Yes. Tickets with a convention registration are $15 each. Additional and Auxiliary tickets are $45 each. Purchase when you register for the convention or from the PTG Registration Desk onsite. Space is limited, though, so first-come, first-served. Vegetarian meals are available upon request.

Can I sign up for an Auxiliary tour?
Yes. You can register for the two-day tour package. Tours are on Wednesday and Friday. Cost is $229 through June 10 and $259 after that date.

Can I visit the exhibit hall without registering for the convention?
Free exhibit hall passes are available for those not registered for the convention. Visit the PTG Registration Desk to pick up a pass or complete the exhibit hall pass section of your convention registration form and we'll include exhibit hall passes in your registration packet.

Are the RPT Exams offered during the convention?
All three of the RPT exams can be taken during the convention. Click on the RPT Exam page for more information.

Can I tape classes or any of the convention functions?
Audio or videotaping of convention functions is prohibited without the express written permission of the PTG Executive Director. Any taping of classes must also be approved by the instructor.
