Are the one piece ivories still glued to another set of keys?  If they are, 
you could slice them off with a band saw, leaving a thin layer of wood under 
the ivory.  This could then be glued to the keys after the plastic tops were 
removed.  This also works for 2 piece ivories you are trying to salvage.
