Loose front rail pins

Depending on how much time you have before it will be used (3:00 today?)
I'd remove the loose pins, glue size the holes and reinsert. Routing
out the rail and gluing in new wood, drilling new holes is better if you
have the time. Glue sizing does work, however.

I need a quick, easy and effective fix.
Front rail pins on S&S D are starting to turn by themselves. Recent
rebushing means the keys very quickly hang up, or rather, stay down.
What
would you do in situ?
