Improvise

Preparing to tune the third of six today, this one in the Jazz 
room, I got up and walked over to let down the snare on the 
drum set. It's amazing what a snare does for piano tone even 
from the other side of the room. Walking back to the piano, I 
see a pile of these (see photo) on a table in the corner.

It just keeps getting better.
