OK OK...
The key-stop rail was set so low it was affecting key level.  I 
raised it.  The fall-board would catch when you tried to open it 
unless you lifted a little.  Being the last item I put back on the 
piano and I leave them closed I didn't notice.  No wonder the last 
tech left it that way.  I moved it back a little bit and viola, 
adequate clearance.
