appraisals

I have an appraisal coming up next week for a new client. They have a Yamaha
G3, 6 ft grand they want to sell. They bought it used 14 years ago. I feel
confident in appraising its condition but feel uneasy in giving a fair value
for resale. I live in a market of mostly old uprights and don't see a lot of
grands up for sale. Any thoughts on this particular model or how to get
better educated in this field?
