Terry... What dimensions are needed? Arm to action; front to back and
height? What about the lip for the keyslip? (you can tell I'm not a
woodworker).

Dean,
Perhaps you forget that there are piano woodworkers out there who specialize
in building custom piano components for piano technicians/rebuilders! I'd be
happy to take a crack at it for you if you were interested. If I were you
though I'd contact someone like Mike Morvan at Blackstone Valley Piano
http://www.pianoandorgankeys.com/ He specializes in piano keyboards - the
cheekblocks are a lot closer to the keyboard than a soundboard!
Where there is a demand, there will be service!

Terry,
You forget that you are talking to mere mortals who dont have your mad
woodworking skills or really cool band saw. 8-)

If all else fails, you can always fabricate a set - just a block of wood.

List... One of my clients has a 7'3" Bechstein (# on plate indicates a 1924
but stamped # on bottom beam indicates 1899 (production # maybe)). The
cheekblocks were missing when he got it and I was hoping someone had some
laying around that need a new home. Thanks in advance. (and thanks for the
wealth of knowledge all these years).
