I have an electrician friend with one of those. He even loops the gooseneck around his neck (not like a noose, more like a "u") and it shines where he's working and moves with him.

De Walt sells a beautiful light- - the base of it is an 18 volt battery, and the spotlight is connected to the base by a long and flexible gooseneck that could be turned and tilted in every possible direction. The tool is extremely useful when doing any kind of trap work or where you need to shine a nice bright light on a specific target. The light, 2 batteries, and the charger are not cheap, but it's worth the money - the tool is a real lifesaver!
