What's a tuning business worth?

I see no point to purchasing a db. If the retiring tuner has
any shred of customer service then they will refer their clients
to a qualified tuner. I certainly would be more concerned
that my clients were left in goods hands and not the highest bidder.

The clients will either accept his recommendation or go with
whomever their best friend/relative/co-worker uses.
