This piano is for sale.  I have maintenance records for it and a picture
attached.

I need money for Mother, so I've decided to sell the grand. I wrote Billy
Marchant, the tuner who restored it, and then remembered you wanted first
refusal. 

 

Billy appraised it at $15K when he restored it. If you know a buyer, let me
know by email or phone.
