I  would agree with Bruce Dornfield.also,exellent description of repair
procedure!!

I did similar repairs a few times and placed pianos  on a
tilter..Then,alighment,gluing and clamping with pipe clamps are done much
faster.Good luck,Martin!!! It's doable repair in customers home..Hope,it
