Accu-Tuner (version I) price

I am new to piano tuning.  Prefer to learn by ear,   but want a backup for
awhile to make sure I get it right.... Someone has one for sale.... bought
about 8 years ago, must be used, since they discontinued in 95..... what
would you pay for it?  he says batteries need recharging.... can I get
replacement batteries? cost?

appreciate your sugggestions.
