You can use CA glue. But use the thick stuff and the kicker. Just make sure it's put on correctly the first time, and be sure you don't get any of it on your finger as you're attaching the ivory to the glue. That stuff works very well between skin and ivory. (ask me how I know)

As one who definitely has more to learn than to instruct, I have a pesky
problem to share . .
What glue system do you use to re-attach ivory ( heads, usually )
I found out the hard way decades ago that water based glue does not work
with the ivory, as it causes it to curl.
What is the most effective way to get them to stay put, especially when on
site with only a few to fix . . ???
