"Old/New"... Improvement??

Must be the special set they were saving for April 1 shipment. 
Makes me wonder how they're indexed in the machines for 
shaping. With the tab right side up, and the drilling, 
mortising, and notching moved up to put the tab at the right 
height, it'd be a real top flange with a shorter tab and no 
broken dog ears.

Mutants! Send 'em back.
