    Hi Alan:
    Luckily, you have neighboring keys that don't have the problem.  This takes a bit of detective work, but the answer is finding the difference between the offending note and the ones adjacent.  There may be some disassembly involved, but you will come upon the problem by carefully comparing the non-working with the working.  Let us know what you find.
