Acu-Just hitch pins

I am restringing a Baldwin grand with acu-just hitch pins. I think there was an article in the PTG Journal about this, but I don't know how to locate it without thumbing though all the issues. Does anyone know where to purchase the tool to set the string height around the hitch pin?
