Aaron works with the Board of Directors on organizational and strategic issues and manages the daily operations of the Home Office. Aaron has 20+ years of Association experience, including serving as the Chief Staff Officer of two organizations before joining PTG in 2025. Aaron particularly admires the skill and art that goes into the profession of piano technician, and continues to learn more about the industry every day!


Sandy Roady

Sandy is responsible for member services and is the annual convention coordinator. She is experienced in publications, sales, customer service and desktop publishing. Sandy first joined PTG in 1987. Sandy likes working for PTG because of the friendships she has made and the family feeling of the organization. Bonus facts: She also goes by "Sam" - a family nickname.


Kathy Maxwell

Education/Certification & Project Development

Kathy works with educational programs and continuing education, RPT certification, chapter support, and leadership development. She's also involved with email, web and marketing projects. Originally trained as an educator, Kathy has more than 20 years experience in nonprofit management, continuing education programs, certification, and educational marketing. She joined PTG in 2000. Bonus fact: She is a piano player and church musician.


Shawn Bruce

Shawn's responsibilities include working with Journal advertisers, external advertising and promotional efforts for PTG, and the exhibit hall at the annual convention. Shawn is a former newspaper reporter/editor and public relations specialist. Shawn joined PTG in 2001.Shawn enjoys being a part of the musical world through his PTG contacts and likes working with the PTG Home Office staff. Bonus fact: He plays several musical instruments and is part of a bluegrass band.


Kimberly Glenn

Kimberly Glenn as creative director will produce the Piano Technicians Journal,  help manage PTG's websites and create social media content. Glenn has a BA degree in Science Technology with emphasis in Commercial Graphics from Pittsburg State (GO GORILLAS!). Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and watching football (GO CHIEFS!). She has one son, Sean, and she and her husband Wade have English bulldogs that keep them laughing.


Dawn Dan-Irabor

Dawn is responsible for recording and reporting PTG’s financial transactions and health. He also works with payments received and is in charge of sending payments to PTG’s many vendors. He is a recent accounting graduate from The University of Missouri - Kansas City and is eager to not only use his education but also improve. Dawn is the youngest of four siblings and enjoys reading and listening to books.


Danni Altman-Newell

Danni Altman-Newell joined PTG in 2025 and has 15+ years of experience working with various types of nonprofit organizations. Her responsibilities include educational programs and continuing education, member services, the annual convention, Board support, and special projects. Danni has a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Military Studies from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Outside of work, Danni volunteers at the National World War I Museum and Memorial and enjoys all things genealogy. Bonus fact: Danni plays piano, alto saxophone, and clarinet.
