Awards Committee shall be seven members and two alternates, and shall be elected from Golden Hammer and/or Hall of Fame recipients from the previous seven years who are willing to serve. If a chapter nominates a committee member to receive an award, the awards member must either resign from the committee or decline the nomination. This committee shall complete its work by March 31 of each year. The person(s) honored shall be recognized at the following annual convention.
